Shipping Policy

We’re a small team hand-packing every order with care, and we’re so grateful you chose to sip with us!

Processing Time:
Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as it’s on the way.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $8 flat rate

Local Delivery (if available):

We offer local delivery in select areas. If eligible, you’ll see the option at checkout.

Where We Ship:
Right now, we only ship within the U.S. We’re working on expanding soon—stay tuned!

Delays or Issues?
Shipping delays can happen, especially with carriers. If something seems off, reach out to us at info@vibezmocktails.com we’re happy to help.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your order but since we sell perishable drink products, we currently do not accept returns.

That said, if:

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong items

  • Or something doesn’t feel right

 

Please email us at info@vibezmocktails.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo if possible—we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we may already be packing it up!
